KATHMANDU

— Our Story

A little corner of Nepal's streets

Momo Town began as a single steamer cart with one mission: make the momos we grew up devouring after school, exactly the way the galli vendors of Kathmandu do it. No shortcuts just buff and chicken minced fresh each morning, dough pleated by hand, and achar that fights back.

Hand-pleated daily

Every momo folded fresh in-house, never frozen.

Real street recipes

Veg & non-veg

From paneer to buff, there's a plate for everyone.

— Word On The Street

People talk. Mostly with their mouths full.

"The jhol momo transported me straight back to Boudha. I cried a little. No regrets."

"Best dumplings in the city full stop. The chili sauce is genuinely dangerous."

“Ordered the Khaja Set for the whole office. Showed up hot, spicy and gone in ten minutes. Proper Nepali street food.”
